Refund policy

Curated Collective Co. can only accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of reception for stationary items. 
If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for returning. 

To start a return, you can contact us at megan@curatedcollectiveco.com. before sending back the item, and we will provide you with directions for return. Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital products including, all templates or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
