Course Refund Policy

Our promise

All course purchases are final and non-refundable. You get immediate access to every lesson, the Notion workbook, and all downloadable resources the moment your payment goes through, so a course can't be returned once it's purchased.

This policy covers all courses sold by Curated Collective Co. through our course platform, including both tiers of The Creative Business Roadmap. Patreon memberships follow Patreon's own billing terms and are not covered here.

All sales are final

This applies to both tiers of The Creative Business Roadmap: the self-guided tier ($1,297) and the coaching tier ($2,997).

• No refunds, partial refunds, or credits are given after purchase, whether or not you've started the course.

• Not finishing the course, not booking coaching calls, or changing your mind does not qualify for a refund.

• Coaching calls not booked or used within the coaching period expire and are not refunded.

• Missed coaching calls count as used unless you reschedule at least 24 hours ahead.

Please read the sales page and reach out with any questions before you buy. We're always happy to help you decide whether the course is right for you.

Billing errors

The only time we issue a refund is for a billing mistake on our side.

• If you were charged twice for the same course, we'll refund the duplicate charge.

• If you were charged but never received access, and we can't fix it within 5 business days of you contacting us, we'll refund that payment.

These are not exceptions to the no-refund policy. They're corrections for charges that shouldn't have happened.

Questions and billing issues

Email megan@curatedcollectiveco.com with your name, the email you purchased with, and a short description of the issue. We reply within 2 business days.

If you're having trouble accessing the course, contact us first. Most access problems are fixed the same day.

Payment plans, chargebacks, and changes

• Payment plans: Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full course price. Stopping payments does not cancel what you owe, and course access is paused until missed payments are made.

• Chargebacks: Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Opening a chargeback ends your course and community access while the dispute is reviewed.

• Agreement: By completing your purchase, you confirm you've read and agreed to this policy.

• Changes: We may update this policy. The version in place when you purchased is the one that applies to you.
