Rest & Revenue Retreat - Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to the Rest & Revenue Retreat in Lake Tahoe, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.
1. Payments & Ticket Policy
-
All retreat tickets are 100% non-refundable, including deposits and payment plans.
-
Your spot is officially reserved only after full payment or the first installment of a payment plan has processed.
-
If you enroll in a payment plan, all future payments will be automatically charged on autopay each month to the card on file.
-
You are responsible for ensuring payment methods remain active. Missed or failed payments may result in losing your retreat spot without refund.
2. Transfers & Ticket Changes
-
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee only with written approval from the host (Megan Weeks).
-
Tickets cannot be resold for more than the purchase price.
-
Tickets cannot be transferred to future retreats or applied toward other services or products.
3. Host Cancellation
If, for any reason, I (Megan Weeks) must cancel the retreat — including natural disasters, venue issues, illness, or unsafe conditions — attendees will receive a full refund of the retreat ticket amount paid.
No additional compensation will be provided for:
-
Flights
-
Additional lodging
-
Lost wages
-
Travel changes or delays
-
Other expenses related to trip preparation
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged for this reason (see Section 6).
4. Itinerary & Experience Adjustments
To maintain the quality, safety, and flow of the retreat, I reserve the right to adjust:
-
The retreat schedule
-
Guest educators
-
Activities and workshops
-
Meals
-
Transportation windows
-
Any other part of the itinerary
Any adjustments will remain aligned with the overall retreat experience.
5. Group Transportation
The retreat includes round-trip group transportation between the designated airport and the retreat venue.
Please note:
-
Transportation will be offered once on arrival day and once on departure day.
-
Pickup and dropoff times are set based on the majority of guests’ travel schedules.
-
If your flight does not align with the group transportation window, you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation.
-
No refunds or reimbursements will be given for alternate transportation.
6. Travel Responsibilities & Travel Insurance
Attendees are responsible for:
-
Booking their own flights
-
Arriving on time for group transportation
-
Understanding that retreat payments are non-refundable
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should ideally cover:
-
Trip cancellation (if you cannot attend)
-
Trip interruption
-
Medical emergencies
-
Lost luggage
-
Weather delays
This provides financial protection if unexpected issues arise.
7. Health, Allergies & Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical and mental well-being.
Allergies & Dietary Needs
After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an attendee questionnaire where you can share:
-
Food allergies
-
Dietary restrictions
-
Medical needs
-
Accessibility considerations
I will work closely with the chef to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
However, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contamination.
Guests with severe allergies should bring any supplemental or emergency foods they feel safest with.
Wildlife Notice
The retreat is located in a natural environment where wildlife — including bears, deer, and smaller animals — may be present.
